INFORMATION Iron Extra - Red Blood Cell Support
A well rounded approach to iron supplementation
is optimal . How much iron we absorb is greatly
improved by vitamin C which you will also see in
our formulation. To further maximize the benefit
of the formula, and to also minimize the
likelihood of constipation that frequently
results from iron supplements, we have included
several key herbs know for their positive effect
on building the blood and maintaining regular
bowel function.
Each vegetarian suitable capsule includes:
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate, buffered), Yellow
dock root - Rumex crispus, Folate (folic acid),
Dandelion root - Taraxacum officinale, Vitamin
B12 (cyanocobalamin), Alfalfa leaf - Medicago
sativa, Iron (aspartate, ferrous succinate,
ferrous fumarate), Nettles tops - Urtica dioica,
Iodine (kelp)
